The Need for Public Transport at ANU: Open Letter

On Tuesday 17th September, ANUSA released an open letter calling for the return of a public transport line to the western portion of ANU campus. This letter, addressed to Transport Canberra, is signed by ANUSA, the ANU branch of the NTEU, several autonomous departments (representing marginalised ANU students), several residential committees (representing on-campus residents), and other ANU community groups.

This represents a significant transport issue for the thousands of ANU students who want the return of the route. We call on the ACT government to support its re-establishment.
