  • ANUSA Legal Service

The ANUSA Legal Service provides free and confidential legal advice to undergraduate ANU students and ANU student clubs and societies. All legal advice is provided by an experienced practising lawyer. We help students with a range of legal problems including tenancy, migration and visa, employment law, contracts, intellectual property, defamation and other areas.

Making an appointment is easy. Email sa.admin@anu.edu.au or phone 6125 2444.

*** Due to COVID, we offer online appointments. You don’t have to come to campus to get legal advice.***

The ANUSA Legal Service is a community legal centre operated by ANUSA which provides legal services to enrolled undergraduate ANU students and ANU student clubs and societies.

ANUSA Legal Service Migration & Visa Advice

MARA Code of Conduct.

If you need help with skilled migration, the temporary graduate visa or other long term visas we provide a Migration Workshop which is the best place to start. We ask that students first attend the Migration Workshop before making a booking, if the Migration Workshop is running. Contact our office for further details.

You must be a current student at ANU to attend a migration workshop.

ANUSA has been providing legal services to ANU students for over a decade and a half.
