Classics Students’ Society

A society run by ANU classics students for everyone interested in classical studies, whether languages, history, literature, mythology, archaeology...

The aims and objectives of the Society are to:

- represent all Classics and Ancient History enthusiasts and to advocate policies in the interests of the student body;
- enrich the academic and pedagogical experience of Classics and Ancient History enthusiasts ;
- facilitate the interaction of Classics and Ancient History enthusiasts with each other in order to support and enhance the learning experience;
- increase awareness of Classics and Ancient History in the student body and general public;
- foster a sense of pride and identity in the study of Classics and Ancient History;
- operate as a society in an ethical and equitable manner.
