Welcome! The Australian National University Buddhist Association (ANUBA) is a student-run organisation aiming to promote and foster Buddhism and the practice of meditation within the University.

We are a non-sectarian organisation, thus drawing teachings and practices from all Buddhist Schools and Traditions, for example Theravada, Mahayana and Tibetan.

We aim to hold Dhamma talks, meditation sessions and meditation retreats, as well as social activities for members and participants.

Our membership helps in the running of our society:

  • Ordinary Membership for ANU Students; $2.00 annually
  • Associate Membership for non-ANU Students; $5.00 annually

You don't have to be Buddhist to join our activities - we welcome everyone.

We look forward to seeing you at our activities.
