Clubs Regulations
The Clubs Regulations has all information you may need for affiliation, grants, events and more!
The Clubs regulations are found from page 51 of the ANUSA Constitution which is linked on this page: ANUSA Governance. Please refer to the ANUSA Constitution for all clubs funding guidelines.
As a requirement of affiliation your club must be governed by a Constitution compliant with the ANUSA Model Constitution’s requirements. This must be passed at your Inaugural General Meeting and amendments made to it cannot be contrary to The Associations Model Constitution, Clubs Regulations and Policies. ANUSA Clubs Funding
Grant Requests are submitted through QPay and not GAS. Clubs Funding Training can be found here, offered via a Wattle course.
If your Club’s nominated bank account details have been changed, please email sa.clubsgeneral@anu.edu.au to let us know, otherwise the funds may not be paid into the correct account.

The student services and amenities fee (or SSAF) is a fee that all students pay at the beginning of each semester. ANUSA relies on SSAF to provide our services and advocacy to students, as well as funding for clubs. Please use this icon on graphics for any events that receive ANUSA funding. File >
Universal Lunch Hour
Do you want to promote your club/cause? Universal Lunch Hour is a great way to do this! Held every Thursday at midday, a club can have a turn at cooking on the ANUSA BBQs. Brian Kenyon Student Space will provide a basic BBQ kit (tongs, spatula, knives, foil and plastic trays) as well as ingredients if you need it.
If you would like to sign up for Universal Lunch Hour for this Semester, please email sa.clubsgeneral@anu.edu.au to arrange this.
Clubs Council
Clubs Council has been disestablished and clubs no longer need to attend meetings.
If your club would like to affiliate with ANUSA, please fill out the affiliation form on QPay. An affiliation guide can be found here.
