Legal problems come in all shapes and sizes. Our high demand areas include help with migration and visa, tenancy issues and employment, however we have helped students with a wide range of legal problems. We have also helped officers of ANUSA Clubs, when legal questions have come up in running a student club.

Other legal issues we can help with include:

  • Intellectual Property

  • Small business/commercialisation

  • Responding to legal claims and threats

  • Grievances and complaints

  • Insurance

  • Debt

  • Defamation

  • Motor vehicle accidents

  • Discrimination

  • Privacy

  • Freedom of Information

Some areas of law that we cannot help with include family law, property law, social security, public housing or wills

Even if your legal problem is not mentioned here, we may be able to help. If we can’t we’ll try to provide you with information about other available services that might be able to help.
