ANUSA AI Survey

ANUSA is gathering student feedback on how AI is being used across the University - by students, academics, and in teaching and assessment. As AI becomes an integrated part of study for many, our university has no clear policy to guide or protect students. We want to hear what support, guidance, and rules you need, as well as any positive experiences or helpful practices you’ve already encountered. Tell us what would genuinely help you learn, and how ANU can uphold academic integrity whilst best supporting students.

Is your Wi‑Fi slow?
A network loop might be the reason

A network loop happens when cables or connections create a circular path - for example, when two devices (like Wi-Fi routers) are linked by more than one cable. When this happens, data keeps travelling around endlessly, flooding the network and causing major slowdowns.

Think of it like a traffic roundabout with no exit — causing a traffic jam that blocks everyone else from getting through.  This can slow down your Wi‑Fi and even impact people nearby!

To check if your cables are correctly connected, visit Get Connected at ANU
