Welcome Week 2021. Footer content goes here

The Science Society is the largest group at the ANU for undergraduate students in STEM, including chemistry, biology, mathematics, computer science, engineering, environmental science, psychology, science communication, health, & medicine.

We run academic talks, scientific skills workshops, mentorship events, careers nights, social mixers, and more. We’re known for the Science Ball (stay tuned for a shake up of SciBall 2023), one of ANU’s largest student-run social occasions in the calendar. You’ll also find us organising exciting activities during National Science Week.

We work closely with the ANUSA Science Representatives to support student advocacy on issues that matter to STEM students. We also work with the Colleges of Science, Health, & Medicine to run student initiatives, like our Women in STEM Coffee Catchups, and our affordable lab coat sales.

The Society is the best way to connect with the STEM community at ANU. Our networking, learning, and mentorship opportunities complement a degree in STEM and go beyond the lecture theatre. Check us out!
