Welcome Week 2021. Footer content goes here

ARMS was established in 2004 and has since grown to over 250 members. Our student members are passionate about rural and remote health, organising many events throughout the year.

Posts are not endorsements.

Some of our activities include:
Our annual Close the Gap Ceremony and Bushdance
Rural High School Visits (RHSV)
Involvement in Indigenous festivals in NSW
Rural Show Visits and Men's Pit Stops
Rural High School Tutoring Programme
Mental Health Evenings and First Aid Courses
Our annual Snow Trip
Our annual Academic Speaker Night
Attendance at rural health conferences such as the National University Rural Health Conference

ARMS also has a special role to play in student advocacy. Students are most welcome to contact us if they would like advice or assistance regarding a rural placement or any other issues regarding rural, remote or Indigenous health
