ANU Sport, PARSA & ANUSA are offering FREE fitness classes to all students in Semester 1.
Monday: RPM at 1:00pm in the Indoor Cycling Studio. Conducted by Imogen.
Tuesday: YOGA at 8:00am in the Dojo. Conducted by Nancy.
Wednesday: BODYPUMP at 8:00am in Studio 1. Conducted by Jo.
Thursday: STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY at 12:30pm in the Dojo. Conducted by Sarah.
Indoor cycling workout where you ride to motivating music. Take on terrains, hills, flats, mountain peaks and intervals. Sweat and burn
kilojoules to reach your fitness goals.
Suitable for novice and returning participants. Yoga classes will take you through the fundamentals of breathing and poses. Mats will be provided.
Original barbell class that will strengthen your body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups. Get the results you came for and fast!
STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY
Increase your flexibility through dynamic/static stretching, joint mobility and self mobilisation of soft tissue.
PLEASE NOTE: If a class occurs on a public holiday, the class will not be running.
All participants are required to sign up at reception. They must fill out an Adult pre-screening questionnaire (completed every 12 months) and sign into the class via sheets provided. Towel and enclosed shoes are required for RPM.
