Looking for an easy and free way to incorporate fitness into your busy week, or a chance to make some new friends? ??
Starting at the beginning of Week 1 (25th of February) and running until the end of Semester 1, ANU Sport will be running weekly group fitness classes for students enrolled at the ANU! Simply turn up 20 minutes before the class start time with your student ID, and our awesome customer service staff will get you sorted out.
In partnership with our mates at PARSA - ANU Postgraduate and Research Students' Associationand ANUSA - ANU Students' Association, we will be offering the following classes:
Monday: Yoga @ 8:00am (ANU Sport Dojo)
Tuesday: Les Mills BodyBalance @ 8:00am (ANU Sport Studio 1)
Wednesday: Les Mills RPM @ 8:00am (ANU Sport Indoor Cycling Studio)
Thursday: Les Mills BodyPump @ 8:00am (ANU Sport Studio 1)
Saturday: Yoga @ 10:00am (ANU Sport Dojo)
Places are limited and are issued on a first come, first serve basis, so don't miss out - don't forget your student card and a water bottle!
